    Program Director

    We are actively seeking a qualified Program Director who will oversee the daily operations and administration of the Early Head Start Partnership Program. The candidate will be experienced in the field of Early Childhood Development and general management. The Program Director’s responsibilities include supervising recruitment of staff, property maintenance, marketing and communication, financial management, and communication with role players. The Program Director will be required to drive to make monthly or bi-monthly visits to the childcare providers across multiple counties around Pennsylvania.  These visits would occasionally require an overnight stay in hotel.     HR Specialist

    The HR Specialist position is largely an administrative position responsible for recruiting, hiring new staff, maintaining staff files using ADP, running background checks, checking references, and complete other office work as assigned.     Health & Nutrition Manager

    Health (medical and dental), mental health services, nutrition and child safety areas are an integral part of the larger system of services provided by Head Start/Early Head Start. They play an important part in supporting the goals of the program. This position is responsible for the facilitation of Health Services of the Head Start/Early Head Start program. The position is responsible for collaborating on the development and implementation of the program, tracking and recordkeeping, community relations and outreach. The position could involve provision of direct services in the health areas only if the individual is licensed, certified, or registered as such in the state of service. This position is responsible for ensuring health procedures are performed only by licensed/certified health professionals with expertise in serving young children and their families. This position provides content area training and technical supervision to other agency staff and ensures health services are supported by staff/consultants with training and experience in public health, nursing, health education, maternal and child health or health administration. This position is responsible for the implementation of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The Health and Nutrition Manager will be required to drive to make weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly visits to the admin office and childcare providers across multiple counties around Pennsylvania as needed to meet the needs of the program.  These visits would occasionally require an overnight stay in hotel. Therefore, the position requires either a valid driver’s license or other alternative forms of transportation which can be used to travel as needed.

    This position is responsible for the management and oversight of family services, health services, or services to children with disabilities, the minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to one or more of the disciplines they oversee. Experience working in public health or nutrition arena and working with low-income clients preferred. Experience and training in public health, nursing, health education, maternal and child health or health administration preferred. Experience and knowledge of family-strengths/family centered practice preferred. Strong mathematical or fiscal experience and knowledge preferred.

    If this employee supports nutrition in the program and is not a registered dietician or nutritionist, he/she must work with Program Director to partner with a registered dietician or nutritionist.

    PFCE/ERSEA Manager

    The Family and Community Partnerships area of the Head Start program plays an integral part of the larger system of services provided by Head Start and plays an important part in supporting the goals of the program. This position is responsible for ensuring Family and Community Partnership services are supported by staff and/or consultants with training and experience in field(s) related to social, human or family services. Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance (ERSEA) services for the Head Start program.     Health & Nutrition Specialist

    Administrative Assistant – Fiscal (AP/AR/Payroll)

    We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our Administrative Assistant-Fiscal position. Candidates should be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other duties relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal operations and basic accounting. To be successful as an Administrative Assistant-Fiscal, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive to detail while also possessing a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn other fiscal management software.

    Disabilities Mental Health Services Manager

    This position is responsible for the management and oversight of family services, health services, or services to children with disabilities, Experience working in mental health arena and working with low-income clients preferred. Experience or knowledge of family- strengths/family-centered practice preferred.     Program Director

    We are actively seeking a qualified Program Director who will oversee the daily operations and administration of the Early Head Start Partnership Program. The candidate will be experienced in the field of Early Childhood Development and general management. The Program Director’s responsibilities include supervising recruitment of staff, property maintenance, marketing and communication, financial management, and communication with role players. The Program Director will be required to drive to make monthly or bi-monthly visits to the childcare providers across multiple counties around Pennsylvania.  These visits would occasionally require an overnight stay in hotel. Therefore, the position requires either a valid driver’s license or other alternative forms of transportation which can be used to travel as needed.

    As a minimum requirement, you must have a baccalaureate degree and experience in supervision of staff, fiscal management, and administration.

    Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week; Monday – Friday; 52 Weeks Per Year.
