Job Description:

PFCE/ERSEA Manager  $1680.00 Bi-weekly BA Degree

This position works as a part of the content area team of managers/coordinators/specialists to integrate Head Start/Early Head Start services for children and families. This position is responsible for family and community engagement and services to include social services, ERSEA, child files, volunteers and parent engagement, fatherhood as well as being the lead for child abuse and neglect related activities.

This position is responsible for the management and oversight of family services, health services, or services to children with disabilities, the minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably related to one or more of the disciplines they oversee. One year supervisory/management experience preferred. Two years’ experience in case management preferred.
