Job Description:
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our Administrative Assistant position. Candidates should be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other duties relating to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fiscal operations and basic accounting. To be successful as an Administrative Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive to detail while also possessing a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn other fiscal management software. As a minimum requirement, the applicant must have a high school diploma or GED with one year of accounting, bookkeeping and payroll experience. Two years of experience is preferred. Applicant must possess a basic understanding of accounting systems and experience with ADP is a plus. An associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
