    • Have a HS/GED and be able to obtain your CDA credential within two years of being hired into the position; (CDI HS may assist with your cost to obtain your CDA if applicable)
    • A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential;
    • An associate or baccalaureate degree (in any area); or
    • Be enrolled in a program leading to an associate or baccalaureate degree.

    If you are hired without your CDL, you must meet the minimum qualifications of the Assistant Teacher AND be able to obtain your CDL with a School Bus and/or Passenger endorsement within three months of your start date. (CDI HS helps in your training for the school bus endorsement.)
